Traffic lights now working at Wilmington Pk., I-675

UPDATE @ 3:30 p.m.

The traffic lights at Wilmington Pike and Interstate 675 are back working, but a crew is still working on the electric box and intermitten outages are possible through the afternoon commute, according to Centerville police spokesman John Davis.

The Ohio Department of Transportation is working to repair the electric box, Davis said.

Motorists should avoid the intersection at Wilmington Pike and I-675 this afternoon as crews work to restore power to the traffic lights.

The traffic signals went out late this morning after a vehicle crashed into a utility pole in the area, according to Centerville police spokesman John Davis.

Dayton Power and Light is working to make repairs. Davis said the estimated time of restoration is 8 p.m.
