Man in custody after SWAT standoff ends at Dayton house

DAYTON — A man was taken into custody after a standoff that involved SWAT units at a Dayton house that ended Tuesday morning.

Victor Alan DelGrosso, 47, was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on preliminary charges of aggravated menacing and domestic violence, online jair records show.

The incident was first reported as a domestic incident at the house on Big Pine Road, near Burkhardt Avenue, around 8 p.m. Monday, dispatchers said.

SWAT units were called to the scene due to the threat of a gun involved, according to initial reports.

No injuries were initially reported.
