Dayton police found the duo engaged in a public sex act inside a vehicle in the area of Ostrander Drive and Pollock Road.

“The registered owner James Cox ... has history of picking up prostitutes,” the Dayton police report reads.

Police shined their lights into the car and the woman’s head reportedly popped up from below.

“Cox was leaned back in the driver's seat. He began moving his upper body in what appeared to be fixing his pants,” the officer wrote in his report.

While being booked into jail, officers allegedly found a needle in Coffee’s boot, according to police.
