Fairborn firefighters are looking into how flames broke out in a garage.
It happened early this morning on Garland Avenue.
They stopped the fire from spreading to the home around 1 a.m.
The man who rents the property said he lost his motorcycle, and he wants to know how the fire started.
The family and their pets got out okay.
