A man on a bicycle is being blamed for being hit by a car on South Broadway and Germantown streets, police said.
The accident occurred about 2 p.m.
The man was walking around after the collision, but a Dayton fire/rescue took him to a hospital to be checked out.
Police said the man on the bike was at fault, but they aren’t sure whether the department will pursue citing him.
