FAIRFIELD TWP. — Bridgewater Falls is set to welcome three new retailers in the coming few months, according to Matthew Chudoba, manager of RPT Realty, which owns and operates Bridgewater Falls.
“We are very excited to add these new retailers to the merchandising mix at Bridgewater Falls and provide our customers in-and-around Hamilton with greater selection and diversity,” Chudoba said. “These new leases help us strengthen our small shop occupancy percentage, which is a core part of our go-forward strategy.”

Orange Theory Fitness is expected to open sometime in February at 3397 Princeton Road, Unit 105, between Sports Clips and AT&T Mobile in a storefront formerly occupied by Smashburger, according to studio manager Samantha Thomas, of Mason.
The 60-minute, heart-rate monitored interval training concept aims to help members lose weight, get toned and meet overall fitness goals in a short amount of time, she said.
Participants burn from 500 to 1,000 calories per 60-minute training session, using a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, TRX suspension training and free weights.
As of last June, Orangetheory Fitness had expanded to more than 1,000 operating studios worldwide, in 49 states and 18 countries, Thomas said. That includes the United States, Canada, U.K., Australia, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Japan, Israel, Peru and Chile.
The company has more than 500 studios in the development pipeline and is the fastest-growing franchise companies, she said.
The new studio is offering a limited-time offer for those who are not currently a member of any Orange Theory Fitness location. The Fairfield Twp. location continues to hire coaches and sales associates and will include a staff of as many as 10 employees once it opens.
