MASON — A Mason man has been indicted on charges accusing him of stealing more than $8,000 worth of sunglasses from a company headquarters and selling them online, according to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.
Kevin Heck, 36, of the 3500 block of Cadeira Circle, took sunglasses, some worth $600 to $700 each, from displays at Luxottica in Mason while employed there between March 1 and May 13, according to the indictment returned Monday by a Warren County grand jury.
County Prosecutor David Fornshell said his office was first alerted to the incident by the company when missing sunglasses were discovered for sale online.
