WPAFB Wednesday Weather: Rain likely to start, will be heavy at times

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE — Rain is likely to start the day and will be heavy at times, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs said.

“Watch for reduced visibility and standing water on the roads during the morning commute,” Vrydaghs said.

Showers will taper a bit into the afternoon and evening, but light drizzle or fog will remain.

Although soggy, it will be a breezy and mild afternoon with highs in the middle 50s.

A Flood Watch goes into effect at 7 p.m. and will be in place through 7 a.m. Friday.
