One Beavercreek resident whose flight to Chicago was cancelled last night, said he’d much rather have a delayed flight than travel in bad weather.
“When it’s weather, it’s nothing you can do,” Tom Mueller said.

According to the airport’s flight tracker, there are 11 cancelled flights that were supposed to depart from Dayton International Airport on Tuesday morning. Six of those flights were scheduled to travel to Chicago. One flight to Detroit was delayed, and another expected to arrive in Dayton from Detroit was cancelled.

There are a total of 12 arrivals and departures from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport that have all been cancelled. Eight of those cancellations were flights to Chicago.

Flights arriving and departing from John Glenn Columbus International Airport appear to be the most impacted, with 14 cancelled arriving flights and 12 cancelled departures. Six of the departures were for New York and eight flights arriving to Columbus.
