Visit Shiloh Farmers’ Market each Saturday rain or shine

15 vendors are in attendance today at Shiloh Farmers’ Market at the coroner of Philadelphia Drive and Main Street with locally grown produce and other entrepreneur vendors with their products.

Even though the market was hit by the tornado, they still manage to stay open each weekend.

“We’re just so happy to be here. We are thankful that the tornado didn’t do more damage to the church. We had a lot of tree damage and a lot of clean up to do after the tornado but we are up and running and we just want folks to know that we’re here,” said Market Manager Zella Cook.

For their 21st season, the market is open every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. through October 19.

"One of the features that we have at the market that I'd want folks to know about is if they come with their EBT card, we will swipe their EBT card and match that card up to $20 in free produce every Saturday, so it could really extend their buying power at the market,” Cook said.
