Turkish American Society holds bake sale to benefit earthquake victims

DAYTON — The Turkish American Society of Dayton is holding a bake sale Sunday to benefit those impacted by the earthquake in Turkey.

The bakesale will take place from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. at their location at 2601 E 4th St, Dayton.

Over 40,000 people have died from the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck Turkey and parts of Syria.

All proceeds will be donated to earthquake relief efforts, according to the organization.
