Toddler duct taped by mother for laughs

Montgomery County Prosecutors have charged a Dayton woman and her boyfriend with duct taping her 3 year old daughter for laughs.  Prosecutors say Sherry Allender and Charles Jones have been indicted on charges of complicity to commit abduction and complicity to commit child endangering.  They say on April 17th the pair got drunk and thought it would be funny to duct tape the girl's hands, feet and mouth.  They shot cell phone video of the incident on the mother's cell phone.  At one point on the video the child screams in pain as duct tape is stripped from her mouth.  Police say the mother sold her cellphone to the child's biological father who discovered the video and called police.  The little girl and a 1 year old sibling are now being cared for by relatives.
