Tippecanoe HS lockdown lifted after false alarm

TIPP CITY — The brief lockdown at Tippecanoe High School has been lifted following a false alarm at the school, according to dispatch records and school officials.

“There is no emergency at the high school,” said Liz Robbins, communications coordinator for the district.

The lockdown had been reported around 10:50 a.m.
