A male, who identified himself as a Verizon store employee, said the group of robbers armed with guns barged in through the rear door of the business as he was trying to lock up for the night.

They grabbed at least 50 cell phones and ran out, the employee said.

A store assistant manager corroborated the employee’s version of events, and noted that the group apparently dropped one of the phones somewhere in the area.
