TONIGHT: Occasional rain showers will continue through the evening tonight, with some rumbles of thunder mixed in, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs said.
There will be some isolated downpours at times that could bring some localized flooding in some spots. There is no significant risk for severe weather with the rain and storms that move through.
Rain and storms will come to an end overnight but cloud cover will linger.
We’ll stay warm and muggy though the overnight hours with lows falling into the upper 60s.
THURSDAY: Sunshine and scattered clouds to start the day with highs in the lower 80s. Scattered storms and downpours develop, especially into the afternoon and evening.
FRIDAY: Mostly cloudy with some dry time early in the day but more rain and thunderstorms will develop in the afternoon and evening. Temperatures are warm and humid, in the lower to middle 80s.
SATURDAY: A mix of sun and clouds. Mainly dry day with some isolated pop-up showers or storms possible. Temperatures will reach the upper 80s.
SUNDAY: Partly sunny, muggy and warm. A passing cold front will bring a few brief showers or thunderstorms to the area. Temperatures are staying warm, in the lower to middle 80s.
MONDAY: Clouds decrease. Warm and not as muggy. Highs in the low 80s.
TUESDAY: Mostly sunny, and comfortably warm with highs in the upper 70s.
