All west and east lanes of I-70 have reopened following reports of high water on the highway, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol dispatchers.
UPDATE @ 9:58 p.m.
One lane of westbound I-70 is now open between I-75 and I-675 in Montgomery County, according to dispatchers.
Eastbound I-70 has completely reopened. Dispatchers said westbound ramps to I-70 remain closed.
Westbound lanes will remain with one lane open for at least the next hour, according to dispatchers.
UPDATE @ 9:21 p.m.
Westbound I-70 is closed from I-75 to I-675 due to high waters, according to Huber Heights dispatchers.
Dispatchers said eastbound I-70 is down to one lane from Ohio 235 to Ohio 202.
I-70 is closed in both directions from Ohio 235 to Ohio 202 due to high water, according to regional dispacthers.
Numerous reports of high water are coming into our newsroom from communities including Huber Heights, Dayton, Kettering and Centerville.
Dispatchers could not confirm when the highway will reopen.
Initial reports indicate all ramps from I-70 to I-675 have been closed.
