Fairborn massage parlor raided in prostitution ring, human trafficking probe

FAIRBORN — Police are investigating a human trafficking and prostitution ring following the raid of a Fairborn massage parlor Wednesday.

“[The investigation] started in Dayton inside the city limits and kind of led us around different communities,” said Sgt. Kelly Hamilton of  Dayton Police Department's Narcotics and Street Crimes Unit.

Fairborn police and the Narcotics and Street Crimes Unit raided Crystal Massage Spa, 1876 S. Maple Avenue, late Wednesday morning.

While multiple people were placed in handcuffs, no one has been arrested at this time.

Sgt. Hamilton said investigators are still interviewing people related to the case and that the investigation is ongoing.

Advocates were on the scene for woman at the massage parlor.

“We have advocates on scene to help the women inside,” said Sgt. Hamilton. “Hopefully to get them some help...get them out of this line of work.”

No drugs were found at the massage parlor, he said.
