Credit union robbery under investigation in Moraine

MORAINE — Police are investigating a Friday afternoon robbery at the DayMet Credit Union.

Police responded around 2:10 p.m. to the branch at 3199 S. Dixie Drive after receiving an alarm, according to dispatch records.

The robber, identified as a man, entered the bank and handed an employee a note demanding cash, police said.

The man made off with cash and fled in a silver car. It was last seen heading north on South Dixie Drive, according to investigators.

A weapon was not displayed in the robbery and no injuries were reported.
