"A guy just robbed us, came in with a pistol and took all the money," said the caller who described the invader as a young man who stood about 5 feet 7.

The robber wore a black mask over the lower part of his face and a jacket that had a lot of patches on it, a caller who identified herself as an employee told a 9-1-1 emergency dispatch operator.

"He kept pulling it up," the caller said of the robber and the mask. The firearm included a long clip on the bottom of it, the caller said.

The robber put the cash in a brown bag, said the employee, who wasn't sure if the robber got into a vehicle or had an accomplice.

"He looked pretty young," the caller said.
