CLINTON COUNTY — A plane was forced to make an emergency landing in a field in Clinton County this morning.
The 1967 Beechcraft Bonaza plane landed in a plowed field near Krouse Road at Farmers Road in Washington Twp. in Clinton County, according to a release. The pilot, Douglas Alexander, 57, of Oxford, Miss., made the emergency landing after one of the cylinders in the engine failed, causing a loss of power.
