After four seasons, Ohio State football center, Josh Myers, announced Friday night that he will be entering the 2021 NFL draft.
This season the Miamisburg grad was also a finalist for the Rimington Trophy, which goes to the best center in the country.
Though Myers stated in a Twitter post that he will always hold a place for Ohio State in his heart, he is excited to officially go pro.
“Playing in the NFL has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember, and I am extremely excited to say that I am officially declaring for the 2021 NFL draft,” Myers said in the post.
Myers later went on in the post to thank his family, Ohio State offensive line coach Greg Studrawa and other members of the Ohio State Football staff.
