None — MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ohio -- Leaders believe they have found a solution to the problem of empty and foreclosed houses around the county. A local "land bank" will take control of these properties and clean them.
The bank can work with a developer to build new housing on old lots that have been cleared.
Leaders expect the land bank to start taking control of the properties within six to 12 months.
