— The former Upper Deck Tavern, which shut its doors earlier this year after a decades-long run as a popular watering hole for former General Motors truck and bus assembly plant workers, is now on the auction block.
An open house will be held at noon on Aug. 3 at the former pub at 2651 Blanchard Ave., followed a week later by an on-site auction at noon on Aug. 10, according to Dayton Commercial Realty, which is handling the auction. The sale includes the property and remaining equipment inside the bar-restaurant, Dayton Commercial Realty officials said. Two liquor licenses are “available for an additional cost,” the commercial realtors said.
