Michigan motorist arrested in Miami County with around 600 prescription pills

MIAMI COUNTY — A Detroit, Michigan motorist is facing five felony drug charges stemming from a  routine traffic stop Tuesday morning.

Joshua Holloway, 28, entered pleas of not guilty Wednesday morning,  to charges that included possession of drugs and possession of criminal tools.

His arrest came Tuesday morning on I-75 just south of Troy. Court records indicate troopers seized around 600 prescription pills reportedly hidden in the rental vehicles. Holloway’s cash bond was set at $50,000.
