The driver of the truck, Tracy Boyd, turned right on Karwin Ave. and then accelerated at a high rate of speed, police said.

After Boyd pulled the truck into a drive way on the 3600 block of Karwin, Arnold fled south through residential yards.

Police said Arnold continued running until he tripped near Stanford Place and Roger Court.

Arnold was placed under arrest and walked back to the location of the initial stop where police discovered four warrants out for his arrest for Possession of Drugs and Drug Trafficking.

Boyd was issued a citation for the window tint and for driving under suspension.
