Juneteenth celebrations scheduled across the Miami Valley this weekend

MIAMI VALLEY — Sunday, June 19, is Juneteenth. Its the annual holiday commemorating the emancipation of African Americans from slavery on June 19, 1865.

There are a number of activities and celebrations planned around the Miami Valley to mark Juneteenth, including:

Juneteenth Walk 2022
