UPDATE: Driver injured, no students hurt after crash involving truck, school bus in Clay Twp.

CLAY TWP. — UPDATE @ 9:50 a.m.:

The driver of a pickup truck suffered minor injuries after crashing into a Northmont school bus in Clay Twp. Thursday morning, according to investigators.

Crews were called to the crash on Sweet Potato Ridge and Brookville Phillipsburg roads around 8:40 a.m.

Multiple students were on board at the time of the crash however none of the students or the bus driver were injured in the crash, investigators said.

The driver of the pickup truck suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene. The truck’s driver was also deemed the at-fault driver and will be cited for failure to yield, investigators said.
