Greene County Public Health to fog Beavercreek, Fairborn for mosquito control

Greene County Public Health will be applying adulticide for mosquito control tonight by fogging the neighborhoods and areas of Beavercreek and Fairborn.

The application will take about one to two hours and the vehicle will be in the neighborhoods between 8 p.m. and 12:30 a.m.

The area of concentration for the application will be Rotary Park, the neighborhoods in and around Willowcrest and Grange Hall, and neighborhoods around Cemex Park and Rona Hills.

Residents are urged not to follow behind the sprayer unless absolutely necessary and maintain a minimum of 200-feet behind the vehicle. If you must follow, close all windows and turn the air conditioning to max or re-circulate position.
