Flash Flood Watch is in effect until noon Sunday for Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Greene, Logan, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Warren counties in Ohio and and Randolph and Wayne counties in Indiana.
