Extensive damage reported after fire breaks out in Beavercreek house

BEAVERCREEK — Three adults and multiple pets were able to safely escape after a fire broke out in a Beavercreek house Thursday.

The fire was reported in the 3500 block of Clar-Von Drive around 11:15 a.m.

The homeowners and their adult daughter were able to safely evacuate.

Flames shot through the roof of the house and caused significant damage to the entire structure.

Firefighters said the cause of the blaze hasn’t been determined and it is under investigation.
