DAYTON — A man arrested in the armed robbery of a North Main Street Family Video has been identified.
Jason Whitacre, 46, was arrested on aggravated robbery, according to a Dayton police report.
Formal charges have not been filed yet.
Around 1:05 p.m. Thursday, an armed robbery was reported at the Dayton video store.
A man reportedly entered the store and robbed the clerk at gunpoint, police said.
Approximately $150 was stolen, according to the police report.
Whitacre was taken into custody in the 2100 block of Malvern Avenue shortly after.
