Dog adoptions free during ARC’s Howl-o-ween spooktacular

DAYTON — All dog adoptions are free Saturday during a one-day special event.

The Montgomery County Animal Resource Center’s “Howl-o-ween Adoption Spooktacular” is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the shelter, 6790 Webster St. in Dayton.

Adoptions include spay/neuter, initial vaccines, first-year license, heartworm testing, microchip and rabies vaccine.
