DAYTON — One person was hospitalized with serious injuries following a two-vehicle crash at a Germantown Pike intersection in Dayton Monday morning, according to police.

The crash, involving a car and pickup truck, was reported around 7 a.m. at the intersection of Germantown Pike and South Gettysburg Avenue.
One person, who was not identified, was transported to an area hospital and was listed in serious condition, according to police.
Potential factors in the crash were still under investigation, police said.
Police blocked the intersection for the crash investigation for over two hours. The intersection reopened to traffic around 9:30 a.m.
