— The Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office wants to transfer the case of a 17-year-old accused of killing a Miami Twp. hotel worker to adult court.
Prosecutor Mat Heck, Jr. said Thursday he also has filed several additional charges against the Dayton teen.
He is being charged with more than 10 counts stemming from the Sept. 14 late-night killing of 19‐year‐old Jayren Graham, a Miami Twp. man, outside the DoubleTree Suites where the victim worked.
The 17-year-old was initially charged in juvenile court with murder. The amended charges, according to the prosecutor’s office, include:
