Tonight: More clearing is expected overnight as temperatures drop into the lower to middle 60s. There is the chance for some fog overnight and early Friday.

Friday: Watch for areas of fog during the morning commute. Temperatures will be rising quickly through the 60s. Lots of sunshine expected for the afternoon with highs in the middle 80s. Humidity also will be rising through the day. Staying dry into Friday evening and warm. Another nice night for Touchdown 7 football games with temperatures in the 70s. Temperature will drop down into the upper 60s Friday night.

Saturday: Summer heat is back for the last "unofficial" weekend of summer. Partly cloudy warm and humid for Saturday with highs in the mid to upper 80s and heat index values around 90 degrees. There also is the slight chance for a pop-up shower or storm later in the day. As the sun sets, chances for any shower or storm will end.

Sunday: Very warm and muggy for Sunday. A similar day to Saturday with a mixture of sun and clouds. Highs rise closer to the upper 80s. Heat index values will be in the 90s. Again, a slight chance for a few pop-up showers or storms.

Monday: Hot and muggy for Labor Day with highs close to 90 and heat index values in the middle 90s. Partly cloudy skies are expected with again the slight chance for rain.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny, hot and humid with highs around 90 degrees and heat index values in the middle 90s. Slight chance of a stray shower or storm. Most will remain dry.
