DETAILED FORECAST:

SATURDAY: There will be mostly sunny skies with a cold to start the weekend says Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Molly Coates. Temperatures will be rising from the teens early with a high near 30 degrees for the afternoon.

SUNDAY: Clouds return along with the chance for a few light wintry mix showers into the afternoon and evening. Becoming breezy as this next system approaches. Highs reach the middle 30s.

MONDAY: Cloudy with rain/snow showers arriving then changing over to a chilly rain everywhere. Some areas far north, mainly north of US36, may see a wintry mix throughout the day. This is an evolving storm system, so the outcome is not set in stone at this point in time. Highs on Monday reach the upper 30s.

TUESDAY: Clouds stick around in the morning with a few passing flurries or a mixed shower. Clouds may break for some sunshine towards the end of the day. High in the middle 30s.

WEDNESDAY: Partly sunny and chilly with temperatures in the upper 30s. Snow showers arrive Wednesday night.
