Source of strange odor in Greene County still a mystery

GREENE COUNTY — The cause of a strange smell reported throughout Greene County Friday has not been determined, according to dispatch.

Dispatch received multiple reports of bad odor in the county Friday afternoon, but weren’t able to find an exact location.

The smell was reported in Beavercreek, Sugarcreek Twp. and Bellbrook.

The odor reportedly smelled like manure.
