Car sale robbery in Harrison Twp. leads to felony indictment

HARRISON TWP., Montgomery County — A robbery during the sale of a vehicle in Harrison Twp. has a Dayton man facing felony charges.

Anthjuan Osborne, 20, was indicted Monday on two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of kidnapping following the robbery on Oct. 1.

According to records, Osborne agreed to meet the victim in the 3700 block of Barbarosa Drive to sell a vehicle.

“During the transaction, two unknown armed suspect approached and hit (the victim) with the pistol, then proceeded to take items from him,” court documents read.

The victim told deputies Osborne got into the vehicle he came to buy and drove off, according to court documents.
