Car crashes into pole, building on North Main Street in Dayton

DAYTON — A driver escaped serious injuries after crashing a car into a North Main Street building in Dayton Tuesday morning.

Officers and fire crews responded to the 1900 block of North Main Street around 10:30 a.m. after the crash was initially reported.

Medics were requested to treat the driver, but they were not transported to an area hospital.

The right lane of northbound North Main Street is blocked for the crash investigation.

Potential factors in the crash were not released.
