— A Bellbrook teen has been charged with two counts of rape stemming from allegations that he had sex with two juvenile females at a New Year’s Eve party.
The Dayton Daily News and WHIO-TV obtained records of the investigation using Ohio’s public records laws.
The 16-year-old has denied the charges, and the trial is set to happen at the end of May in Greene County Juvenile Court, according to Nicole Burke, chief of the juvenile division of the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the report on file with the Bellbrook Police Department, the teen was among about 15 juveniles who were at a party in the basement of a home in Bellbrook the night of Dec. 31, 2017.
Alcohol was present at the party, but the host parents became aware of the alcohol being present and locked the alcohol away around 9 p.m., according to the police report.
According to the official complaint on file with the juvenile court, there were two female juveniles who were victims in two separate incidents. The victims reported separately that they each awoke early the morning of New Year’s at the home and the suspect was on top of her, kissing her and having vaginal intercourse with her, according to the police report.

MIAMI TWP. — UPDATE @ 3:42 a.m.
The man who police said struck a Miami Twp. police officer with his truck Saturday night while driving drunk has been identified.
Adam Blackmore, 33, of Miamisburg was booked into Montgomery County Jail and faces OVI charges as well as traffic related offenses for the crash, according to Sgt. Matt Robinson of the Dayton Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

All lanes reopened on southbound I-75 at OH 725 just after 2 a.m. after a series of crashes occurred Saturday around 9 p.m., according to Ohio State Highway Patrol.
UPDATE @ 12:33 a.m.
The driver of the white pickup truck suspected of driving drunk when he struck a Miami Twp. police officer on Interstate 75 is headed to Montgomery County Jail.
“He’s going to be charged with driving off the roadway and drunk driving,” said Sgt. Frank Edward Simmons Jr. of the Dayton Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The driver struck the officer who was responding to a series of accidents in Miami Township, throwing him 10 to 12 feet into a grass area. He is being evaluated by hospital staff but sustained “soft tissue injuries” and “no broken bones,” Simmons said.
Police are not releasing the name of the officer who was struck at this time.
Everyone involved in the crashes that began just after 9 p.m. Saturday sustained non-life threatening injuries, according to Simmons.
The first crash occurred when a semi and red impala came together, causing the impala to lose control, drive off the roadway and strike a light pole which knocked it into the roadway, Simmons said.
An SUV then braked to avoid hitting the light pole, causing a Mercedes to strike the back of the SUV, according to Simmons.
Simmons said Miami Twp. police then arrived on scene of the crashes and that’s when the officer was struck by the suspected drunk driver in the white pickup truck.
The driver was traveling southbound, drove off the right side of the roadway, striking the officer.

“It kind of hits close to home to let you know that this profession is inherently dangerous. When you throw an impaired driver into the mix, that makes things that much worse,” Simmons said.

Southbound I-75 remains shut down at Ohio 725, and the backup at one point extended to the Dryden Road exit in Moraine.
It is unclear how much longer the highway will remain closed, or when one lane will be opened to traffic, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Dayton Post.
