“Traditionally, the firefighters had been hard to beat, topping the vote count in four of the first five blood drives. Police turned the tide in 2019 with a 54-46 win,” the release said.

The Beavercreek Police Department will retain the Battle of the Badges trophy until next year’s blood drive.
