Deputies were dispatched to that address on a complaint that Elliot and Jones were on the property possibly stealing scrap metal.
Elliot is being held pending the filing of charges on breaking and entering and a parole violation.
Jones is being held pending the filing of a charge of breaking and entering. He also is wanted on an outstanding warrant issued by Darke County Adult Probation, according to the sheriff's office. At the time of his arrest, Jones was awaiting sentencing in county Common Pleas Court on another unrelated charge.
