6 taken to the hospital, some children, after two-car crash in Vandalia

VANDALIA — Six people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Little York Road and South Brown School Road Saturday afternoon.

Investigators on scene say all six people were taken to the hospital and some of those injured were children.

At least one victim was trapped inside their vehicle during the crash and crews had to cut the passenger door of the SUV.

Details on the severity of injuries was not immediately available.
