UPDATE: Family located after 4-year-old found wandering in Vandalia

VANDALIA — UPDATE @ 3:07 p.m.:

The family of the child have been located and police have reunited the child with them.

INITIAL REPORT:

Vandalia Police are asking for the public’s help in helping reunite a 4-year-old with his family.

Police said “Rayon Deshawn Young” was found wandering along North Dixie Drive near East Alkaline Springs Road this morning.

The boy was unable to provide a location for his home or information on his parents.

The only information he was able to share with officers is that his mother is “Aunt Ray Ray”
