3 adults arrested after narcotics search warrant in Preble County

EATON — Three adults have been arrested following a narcotics search warrant that was executed in Preble County on Thursday.

The search warrant was executed at the 800 block of North Barron Street in Eaton by the Preble County Sheriff’s Office with assistance from the Eaton Police Division.

The Preble County Sheriff’s Office said in a release that during the search investigators located more than 50 grams of suspected Methamphetamine, approximately 100 clear gel capsules containing suspected Fentanyl, approximately 5 grams of suspected cocaine, 2 loaded firearms, one of which was stolen from Richmond, Indiana, $564.00 in U S Currency, and several items related to trafficking in drugs and drug use.

All three adults were formally charged in Eaton Municipal Court on Friday, February 19th for numerous crimes.

Buddy D. Fulton, age 37, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, possession of Fentanyl, aggravated trafficking in drugs, having weapons under disability, receiving stolen property, possessing drug abuse instruments, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and multiple firearm specifications.

Latricia M. Proctor, age 41 of Eaton was charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs and complicity in the commission of an offense.

Cheyenne R. Skidmore, age 21 of West Alexandria was charged with possessing drug abuse instruments.

All three remain in the Preble County Jail, pending their initial appearance in court, according to the release.
