Suspect still not ID’d after $23K ring stolen from Fairfield Commons Mall

BEAVERCREEK — Beavercreek police are still looking for the man who stole a $23,000 ring from Kay Jewelers at the Fairfield Commons Mall.

Officers responded to the mall around 4 p.m. June 20 on a report of a theft.

Police said the thief took the ring out of an employee’s hand and ran out of the mall.

The man was wearing a blue plaid shirt, dark shorts, a grey Oakland Raiders hat.
