Have you seen this man? 52-year-old reported missing from Brookville

BROOKVILLE — Brookville police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing adult.

Martin Edwin Phipps, 52, was last seen by family at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 28.

Phipps is white, 5′11″, weighs 212 pounds, has blue eyes and gray hair, Brookville police said. He was driving a 2016 silver Toyota Highlander with Ohio plates FAS4276. He was wearing a dark colored shirt, dark colored pants and dark brown George Shoe Company slip-on deck shoes.

Martin walks with a cane due to a recent motorcycle crash, has a scar on his left bicep, and wears a stainless steel wedding ring with MINELSKDE engraved inside, police said.
