Five foreign nationals arrested on the Ohio Turnpike are expected back in court today, reports Cleveland 19.

The arrests happened Friday, Nov. 13, in Braceville Twp. near Lordstown in Trumbull County.

Jibril Abdiselam, 24; Mohameddeq Hassan, 27; Mohamed Mahamoud, 26; Zakaria Warsame, 25, and Said Abu were charged with possessing criminal tools and forgery, according to jail records.

The men are scheduled to appear at a pretrial hearing at 10 a.m. in Newton Falls Municipal Court.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol said troopers pulled over a car going east on the turnpike for making an improper lane change. During a search, troopers found a machine that helps create and duplicate credit cards, WKBN reported.

They are being held in the Trumbull County Jail on $25,000 bond each. The five men, who are from the Columbus area, had to surrender their passports.

An investigation is ongoing to gather information on the countries of origin for the man and where they were headed.
