I-70 East traffic delayed after ODOT truck overturns

I-70 East traffic is backed up after an Ohio Department of Transportation dump truck overturned in a road construction zone near Enon.

The female driver was taken to the hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening from the crash near the 45 mile marker, according to authorities on scene.

The truck appeared to be hauling gravel, which spilled off the right side of the highway.

Cones were already set up and blocking the right lane where the crash occurred.

It’s unclear what work was being done there.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is on scene.

The trooper told our photographer at the scene that he’s still gathering information and doesn’t know what happened.
