A drug detector canine alerted to the first package, destined for a home in Atlanta, and x-rays showed inconsistencies.

When officers inspected the parcel, they found bars of soap -- but 37 pounds of meth had been emulsified inside.

The next night, officers noticed the same shipper had another package of soap heading to Minnesota. 13.5 pounds of meth was hidden within the soap.

The meth seized has an estimated street value of $217,000.
